Attended a weekend bootcamp with the Brothers in September this year and it was such a great experience.
Venue - we stayed at the Sherwood Forest YHA and they looked after us really well. The rooms were warm and clean and the food was plentiful and tasty. Think we were all worried that we would go hungry but I think everyone was pleasantly surprised by it. I didn't feel hungry at all for the whole weekend. We were 4 to a room so it was quite cosy but everyone bonded really nicely in their rooms.
Instructors - they really made the weekend, all 5 of the guys who covered the weekend were great. Lots of different personalities but all friendly and hard working and they really helped me achieve loads in the weekend. I would never have thought I could have done as much as I did but by the time we finished I was psyched up and really motivated to carry on with a fitness campaign I started about 10 weeks before. Ash was the main instructor for the weekend plus we had Mikey, Danny, Matt and Danny. They say they won't shout at you and they don't - but they do push you.
Exercise - we have a great mix of exercise across the weekend. Highlights were the 6/7 mile pre-breakfast hike (we got lost) and the 10 mile senario walk. I also learned to love kettle bells :-) Boxercise was great for getting out all that stress and tension.
Afterwards - when I weighed in a week after my boot camp I had lost half a stone. Very pleased with that but for me it's the longer term effects that I am most pleased about. The weekend really motivated me to continue with my exercise routine and push it up to another level.
I was terrified before I arrived at boot camp but can absolutely say that I enjoyed the whole thing and would recommend these guys whole heartedly. It's a new business and really deserves to do well.
