This was my first visit to the Healing Rooms which is not far from Northfields tube station The venue is also a shop which sells crystals, Buddhas, jewellery and gifts.
The salon is decorated in deep reds and browns giving a cozy feel even though it is full of stuff and feels small, cramped and a bit shabby.
I had the antioxidant facial which was very nice. The products the therapist used were not a well known brand like Dermalogica or Decleor so I am not sure how good they are.
The therapist started the treatment without asking me any questions about my skin, allergies or finding out if I find anything uncomfortable, which I found odd. Her technique was good, plenty of massaging and some nice touches like hot towels and and a mini massage on my head before the actual facial.
For the price I paid I think there are smarter and nicer salons in the area so perhaps they should improve in the decor and use better known brands.
