Nature Meditations at Blackfriars

The therapist has an extensive knowledge and experience in meditaion. She asked the participants in order to help us to make the most of our first introductory session to maditation. The session, which included two meditation exercises, was very interesting and illumanating. After this first session I understood more about principals, aims and techniques of meditation and I took an interest in meditation as a way to relax and focus. Certainly worth trying.
