Absolutely appalling. I attended on time to have my Treatment on Sunday 11th April only to be told there wasn't a therapist available or qualified to provide the treatment. There had been no phone call to cancel the appointment. I was traveling abroad the next day for a week
What makes this worse - is that it was the second time they have done this. The first time I was going to a Wedding - the same scenario - there wasn't a member of staff on qualified to do the Spray Tan. This is appalling management and non-existent customer care.
The young therapist in the Spa Center was very defensive - stating that she hadn't booked the appointment and had left a message at the front desk asking them to phone me to cancel it, and was very reluctant to do anything more. I had to walk out to Bannatyne's main reception area and ask to speak to the Duty Manager.
In this day and age - this is not acceptable - exceptionally poor customer care - particularly when you provide them with your mobile contact number.
