amala Spa & Club at Hyatt Regency Birmingham
Visited Feb 2010
I have had a few treatments at the Hyatt spa. The last time I visited was February 2010. The staff, facilities, treatments were, as always, very professional and friendly. Laura Jayne did my facial and I felt so relaxed with the music playing quietly in the background. I have trouble relaxing so find the facial/massage perfect treatments for me. I enjoy having the manicure/pedicures and chatting to the staff who answer any beauty questions I have. The choice and quality of nail varnish used is excellent and does not chip off. In the past I have used other establishments but I prefer the quality and professionalism of the Hyatt. They have also answered general questions e.g. best products for me to use etc. It is nice to visit somewhere that staff seem genuinely pleased to see you. I would recommend anyone to use the spa and take advantage of the facilities. The only problem I have had is that people do not realise the spa is there as it is not well advertised.
