Disappointed. I approached reception to book a treatment for Saturday. ( this was a week in advance ) A woman by the name of Dorothy said no.... probably none available. I asked for reflexology, she again said, ah, probably not??? would you mind checkiing I asked?? well, there is probably nothing available but err, well, ok I will have a look was the response. I was there for 10 minutes before she actually decided to tell me, there was no member of staff on duty on Saturday, to do this treatment anyway????. Err, hello??? Why didn't you tell me this in the first place.... I then asked for a body massage but again, I was told, well, probably not. Would you check please I asked??? I can book a sports massage for you she said?? What?? I didn't ask for a sports massage I resonded( getting agitted by now). Well, we are probably full so no, probably not was the response. I gave up and left with a vision that I had just been talkiing to Lorraine Chase, performing an add for blonds. Not very helpful. The reception staff could do with a bit of help in realizing that, we are customers who want to buy, maybe you could try, just a litle to accomodate us
paying guests, and maybe your staff can learn to say something other than no, probably not in a very Lorraine Chase accent!!!!!
