Heavenly Spa

I was rather disappointed with my experience at the Heavenly Spa. It started off with the staff being confused on our arrival and I had to explain a number of times what we had actually booked. We started with a dip in the pool which was nice enough but be warned that it's very small. I chose to have the pedicure but was a bit surprised when I was asked to sit in the reception area to have the treatment in full view of people coming into the spa. I also had to sit on a normal chair which I found very uncomfortable after an hour, especially being 5 months pregnant. The therapist did an ok job on the pedicure but was a bit rushed and I certainly didn't feel pampered. I am happy enough with the results but have had far better experiences elsewhere. My friend enjoyed her facial and had it in a treatment room so she was happy enough.
