I had the Love Handler and product Mobdeal - which was only good value because it was a full-size product. The treatment itself was OK, but not one I'd do again as its not good value, not relaxing and I doubt its efficacy. My therapist was LOVELY though. The locker room is very good with sauna, showers and lots of lovely products to pamper yourself before/after your treatment. But, the BIG disappointment is the lounge area which is tiny and enclosed - I've never felt so claustrophobic. Me, plus two others, were far too many people. And, since the other two were chatting it was not at all relaxing. I went back to the locker room to get some peace as having to listen to their conversation was grossly irritating and there was no ability to escape from it in such a small space. The brownies and refreshments are a nice touch but I'd much rather they have a quiet area and a 'you can chat here' area. For this reason alone I will not go to this spa again.
