I went on the basis of the advertised 'drying lounge', 'spa garden' and 'complementary glass of fizz, green tea of fruit-infused spring water and a shoulder massage', thinking that it would be a bit more luxurious than your average in and out nail bar. However it was quite the same as an average nail bar as none of the above materialised, and far busier given that it was the weekend and they had been running some online promotions.
The treatments themselves (I went for the signature mani and signature pedi) were good, and the quality of the nail treatment was good. Not sure the full signature treatment was worth the price, and would probably have been fine with just the (far cheaper) mini-treatment instead.
On the particular day I went they were very busy and my treatment began 30 minutes late, and then the therapist was sometimes called off elsewhere during the treatment itself. While waiting at the beginning and also at the end for my nails to dry, there was only a small sofa to wait on with others, and so the 'drying lounge' and 'spa garden' were not on offer- not sure why. The shoulder massage that I was supposed to get with the combination signature mani/pedi was also not offered to me, and I was reluctant to ask why- they clearly had my booking down correctly but it wasn't offered.
I would probably go again because it is convenient for me, and the varnishes they use are of good quality. Unlikely to get such an expensive treatment again though, will only go as a means to an end for the basic mani/pedi.
