Hi Judy, If only you were in Bedford...you could have signed up for one of our Bootcamps. The mornings and evenings are lighter making for a great gym free outdoors workout. Sign up for a couple of times a week with your local Bootcamp and keep up your other training and you`ll see some changes especially if you take some good nutritional advice.
