hello Judy, get some boxing work in, pads, bag work and sparring along with bodyweight, rope skipping and kettlebells....I've been training people for over 25 years and it works. Yes nutrition is a big help, you may be eating foods which are not best suited to you....so short sharp high intense workouts, good nutrition and rest all worked in will get you there....if you are in London I can help you out or point you in the right direction.....
