I did the London Marathon last April so I can relate to your situation. I found that a blend of black pepper, rosemary, ginger and lavender helped immensely. You will need to put 4 drops to every 20ml of a base oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil. Lavender is great as an analgesic and black pepper is indicated for athletes for relaxing and softening the muscles. If you have any medical conditions then check with your doctor before you use the oils or phone an IFA or IFPA trained aromatherapist.
