Massage will indeed be a great idea post your half marathon ( well done btw!) You might also find getting hold of some arnica, Rhus tox and Ruta which are homeopathic remedies to help your body repair (muscles tendons and ligaments). You can get these sent to you as one combined remedy from Helios pharmacy in Covent garden. Also plenty of foods with vit c to mop up those oxidants produced, and protein to build and repair the muscle . Anna
