Massage would be great, but you could also try an Epsom Salts bath - before you go to bed, run a hot bath and stir in a couple of mugs of Epsom Salts (you can get these from any chemist), lie in the bath for up to 20 min, the wrap up warm and get into bed. You should sleep well and wake up with relaxed and soothed muscles.
