As you have mentioned you have gone down the route of changing your diet however there are other elements to your diet that are triggers of eczema.
From an ostoepathy point of view- if you have a stiff neck and pins and needles in your arms or other neurological symptoms then osteopathy could help. However a medical history must be taken first. As there may be other underlying problems.
