Depending on what type of massage you are having, eg sports , deep tissue or aromatherapy The results will vary but every massage should produce positive results calmer less stressed loose muscles not tight shoulders and back muscles. ideal time once a week ,maintenance every six weeks .Having massage when needed is the correct time. thank you Andrew
