We appreciate your feedback on your experience at the salon, our therapist are always prepared to offer help to a client if you are unhappy on the day. The girls did accommodate you on your lateness and even asked if you wanted further help at the end of your treatment with your nails. You declined due to not having any more time available. Our therapists are well trained and careful with every customer. We have offered you another service free of charge, a free visit to our hair studio, or even a refund as we only want satisfied customers. It is disturbing that you did not complain first to the salon to give us a chance to make amends and you decided to write directly onto Wahanda. As you have visited the salon before you know that we provide the best of treatment although this is an imperfect art and we will always do everything we can to help a client.
