Dear Customer, We are sorry you feel we are trying to insinuate anything. We had blocked out a time slot for you which we would not have filled had we cancelled the appointment at short notice. So we offered you a different treatment as we would have anyone else - this is the nature of our business. The girl talking to you was Thai so there is a slight possibility you did not understand what was being offered, but it did happen. This could also be why she had no recollection of you saying it was your birthday, as you suggested you had said in your first email, rather that you had said you were a therapist yourself so wanted someone good. We received a phone call today saying you were demanding compensation for the cancelled appointment which is the first time we have ever had such a request, so assume you are upset about the matter but we are not lying about this issue and do not expect to be accused of doing so. It is in our interest to procure business not turn it away.
