Dear Customer, Although we could not offer you the specialist massage you requested (this was because it required hot herbal compress which we had run out of recently and the new batch of them that we ordered did not turn up yesterday morning as we were expecting) we did offer you a choice of any other type of massage, which you declined. We are a business and want your custom so there is no reason for us to have cancelled your massage without offering you some other treatment. We would argue that we gave you a bit more notice than just the one hour which you stated - but are sorry we could not fulfil the request for the specialist massage you wanted.
