Hello Emily Thank you for your feedback , all feedback is good feedback however I think that in giving feedback it is constructive to stay within the realms of honesty and clarity. Allow me to shed honesty and clarity onto the situation. I am delighted that you enjoyed the highlighting service which I provided, however the idea that we as an organisation would discriminate against a client because of the manner by which they enter our organisation or choose to pay is completely ridiculous not to mention a tad insecure and projectionalist. The many reviews before you testify to this In the event that we have fallen short and a rough dry is still left damp then it is normal for a client to request further drying or smoothing. Clarity works on both sides. so it does not take much to request drying the hair further. Our staff have the most comprehensive and international experience that could be witnessed anywhere in the world. Our facility and services are of the highest standard as witnessed in the delivery of our services and the many positive client testimonials we receive daily. We understand that on occassion a client can enter into the environment created for them and feel insecure, that is a personal and not a proffessional issue. It is basic psychology that any client entering a salon wants to leave the salon feeling refreshed and fabulous. I have never in my proffessional career heard of a client complaining about a rough dry, if there is an issue of a dry hair situation then I would suggest in future that you request a full bowdry as to alleviate the possibility of enlivening any insecurities which lay dormant in your experience of how you would like to feel when you leave a salon.
