Dear Eleanor, we really appreciate you taking the time to write your review. It is always a little bit nerve racking visiting a salon after one bad experience at another salon let alone 2 disastrous haircuts! Therefore we are happy that we were able to restore your faith. Laura believes in providing a good consultation to build trust and grow a good salon relationship with her clients and this is essential to ensure they keep coming back and recommending her to their friends and family.
