I treated my better half to a relaxing massage and haircut here and it turned out anything but. The massage was very rough to the point where she had to tell them to ease up a bit and even then she was left tender and had aches for days, she was then left waiting for about 20-30 mins after she'd finished and had to go find a member of staff to ask when her haircut was supposed to start. They rushed her through and the "Creative director" Anthony pretty much just wanted to get her out as fast as he could, there was no friendly chat and he didn't listen to the way she wanted her hair cutting which considering I paid for what i thought was going to be the best hairdresser in the place was unacceptable.
Then to top it all off they accused her of not having paid and made her go and sit and wait while they contacted me and asked if i had already paid?! Apparently they have issues when people pay through Wahanda it doesn't show on their system?!
I don't think this is the relaxing day i paid for (Over £100!) and i certainly won't be buying anything else from this place.
