The email I sent to Chutima shortly after my visit. Initially they did not respond and thereafter became defensive. I wouldn't go again:
I am writing to complain about the treatment my friend and I received at your salon on Saturday.
Firstly we weren't made to feel at all welcome by the woman who greeted us. Secondly, we were made to feel as if we had arrived too early - we arrived 15 minutes early. Thirdly, the booking itself was questioned. It is not my fault that your salon doesn't know who has booked and through which site. Clearly, your salon would have known about the booking as I was both emailed and contacted by text. Fourthly, we were made to feel awkward about saying we didn't want a man to massage us - I don't know many women who would! Fithly, and most importantly, the treatment itself didn't start until 5.15 and finished just after 6 therefore we were cheated of 15 minutes of massage.
For all these reasons, I am most disappointed with our experience and will soon write an honest review for the Wahanda website as they have contacted me so to do. I did not mention anything to you at the time as I felt quite unwell and had bought the treatment as a gift for my friend and didn't want to ruin her day any more than was already the case.
