As a returning bootcamper, I think this says it all, but.....
I did three days with some friends (one did only a 2-day camp) in early March.
There is no focus on competition in the group, which is good as it means that people of all fitness levels get involved together.
The camp was really well organised and the instructors were very knowledgeable, friendly and motivating.
The sessions were varied, so not an overload of the same thing all the time, also accommodating of all fitness levels.
The food and accommodation were also really good.
Those people doing just the 2-days missed out on a nutritional session on the 3rd day which is a really useful part of the bootcamp.
We will certainly be looking forward to returning again soon.
One point for consideration- bootcamp really does need people who want to be there, so don't go along 'just to keep your mate company'- they will fit in fine alone!
