The venue is very pleasant and we had a nice day. When we arrived, however, having pre-booked a 'Mums Chocolate and Cream Treat we were looked at rather strangely as no such package existed. They also had a query about us not being booked onto their system correctly despite me making 2 phone calls. After some discussion between staff it was agreed that our vouchers fron Wahandra were valid (we paid £79 each) and a package of treatment was arranged to this value. We were told it would take 1hour and 30 minutes but was actually only about 75 minutes long. By discussion afterwards my daughter and I found that we were given different treatments as her treatment involved having a shower part way through and mine did not!! We were allowed to use the pool and gym during the day but the pool did have an aqua fit class in it for about 1 hour. We were provided with slippers and a robe but wished we had brought a spare swimming costume with us as we were damp during our treatment session. There was a cafe on site but it was expensive. Overall we enjoyed our time and will probably return to this venue or elsewhere. I think that the changing rooms and showers in the venue are in need of updating. Whilst we were waiting someone on the phone was trying to book a slot for 2 weeks ahead but there was no availability so I think you need to have your session booked early or have possible alternative dates as I think there are only 2 or 3 treatment rooms.
