The massage itself was amazing and great value for money. There were a couple of issues with staff not being well informed. I was initially called and told they could fit me in the treatment I'd booked and asked me to reschedule for another day, I didn't want to and enquired about a refund which she didn't know how I would go about getting that.
Then I was called back 10 minutes later by another member of staff who said there'd been a mix up and they could fit me in. One member of staff wanted me to show the voucher to prove I'd paid but I'd bought a treatment not a voucher so that wasn't applicable but another member of staff was aware of that so she sorted it out. I would recommend the salon as I've been before and I think it is great but I think they need to train their staff a bit more about how wahanda works.
