Justine's personal teaching style is based on the principals of the British Wheel of Yoga, the governing body for yoga in England of which she is a qualified teacher and member. She is also influenced by the Iyengar approach due to her personal practice with that school and the flowing sequences of Ashtanga. Her aim is to strike a balance between informed alignment for safety and joint longevity combined with dynamic breath-synchronised sequences for mindfullness and fitness.
