Personal Training sessions vary from person to person day to day. No one person is the same, therefore neither are Lauren’s workout programmes. Lauren will create a training plan designed specifically to your needs and your goals. Sessions are intended to be enjoyable as well as being planned and targeted, ensuring you sweat sufficiently and perform to the best of your ability but still leave feeling good. Lauren employs a highly individual approach because she doesn’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ solution to personal fitness.
