Annabelle has a Masters Degree in Osteopathy and is a qualified massage therapist and yoga teacher offering theraputic massages using and combining her vast array of Osteopathy, Sports massage and Deep tissue skills and techniques. She is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a qualified Yoga teacher. Her strengths lie within treating an array of sporting injuries after years of working with professional, semi-professional and amateur marathon runners; triathletes; rugby players; golfers; cyclists; netballers; yogi's and all sorts of other sportspeople as well as the stress and muscle tension associated with office and laptop work environments.

Eoin is a Chartered Physiotherapist and also provides Sports and deep tissue massage services. Eoin has worked extensively with an array of sports professionals, including sports players, marathon runners, triathletes and cyclists, helping them through their injuries with both massage and Physio rehabilitation programmes. Eoin also works with professional dance academies, helping their dancers make it to the West End. Eoin is a qualified Pilates teacher and is an ex-rugby player and gymnast.

Sam has a Masters Degree in Osteopathy and is a qualified Sports Massage therapist. She has been involved in bodywork for many years, holding an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, a Diploma in Sports and Kinesio Taping, and a Diploma in Deep Tissue Massage, with a focus on Swedish Massage. She uses a mixture of techniques to give her clients relief from injuries, pain and general aches and pains as well as providing injury recovery and prevention advice. Sam played Lacrosse for England and has suffered from multiple sports injuries herself providing her with an in-depth understanding of sports injury, injury recovery both physically and mentally. Sam also has experience of treating a wide range of conditions, with a special interest in fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, injury rehabilitation, ankle pain, back pain and neck pain.

The clinic is easily accessible from the Moorgate Tube Station, only a one-minute walk from exit 3.
