My clients tend to be goal centred individuals who choose to have the direction they wished to go mapped out. I offer a variety of packages in addition to my 'pay as you' session rate and am also available to consult on any nutritional support you may require to reach your fitness or health goal. Out with exercise nutrition is my biggest passion, which is reflected in me studying Nutrtional Therapy for the past 4 years. These two areas so often are needed to achieve optimal results.
