Doing activities that need to willpower to produce results! Throughout my career in fitness I became a specialist in the things that I really love doing, things that are really fun! Kickboxing, boxing, martial arts are incredibly fun, time flies past, it doesn’t even feel like working out! I could never stick to boring gym routines, so I created really quick and effective weight training routines, stripped of all the non essentials, providing maximum results! Be healthy, be strong but have fun!
