We have turned a basic office trading estate unit into a fully holistic wellness centre in Bristol for people to come and enhance their health and improve their wellbeing. We focus on the 4 main areas of wellbeing; movement/exercise tuition, nutrition coaching, sports therapy/massage and mental wellness/life coaching sessions. We use these 4 areas of wellbeing to create a bespoke, personalised wellness plan for anyone who is in need of health and wellbeing advice. Although we try to entwine all 4 of these elements into our programmes, visitors to our centre can still book individual treatments/services.
