NEW COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENT, PLEASE READ!

It has been reported that Covid-19 can cause increased sensitivity to allergic reactions, therefore from April 12th 2021 we will require all new colour clients to have a patch test no later than 48 hours before the colour service. Existing clients that have been patch tested since April 12th 2021 will require a new patch test every 6 months. If you have a Covid-19 vaccine between colour services we will need a fresh patch test.

PLEASE NOTE All new colour clients 'we recommend a colour consultation prior to the colour service 'and you will need a patch test no later than 48 hours before the colour service. These can be booked online, please make sure you book with the same stylist

The health and safety of our clients and staff are paramount, In line with our COVID -19 secure health and safety risk assessment and following the latest government guidelines, overhead screens have been placed at the wash points and screens are placed between each workstation, and social distancing measures will be in place inside the salon. Please take a minute to read the notes below before you visit the salon.

Please arrive for your appointment alone if possible and on time (if you need to bring children with you we ask that this is kept to a minimum and they must be closely supervised at all times). If you arrive early you may have to wait outside or if you arrive late you will miss your slot; sorry but we have to be strict on this. If possible please wait in your car and we will call you when your stylist is ready.

  • Upon arrival, you will be asked to sanitise your hands, please keep your personal belongings to a minimum. Bags and coats will be placed in a disposable single-use bag, phones and tablets allowed once they been in our Uvc Led dry steraliser.
  • Walk-in clients are not allowed, please either book online or telephone the salon to make an appointment.
  • We can’t dry cut all hair services will have to be shampooed.
  • We ask that you arrive at the salon with as little as possible please (ideally phone, keys, and payment card) a bag will be provided for you to place these in.
  • We will ask that you arrive with a face mask or face covering to wear whilst in the salon if you don’t have one they are available. Sorry, but we will be strict on this we reserve the right to refuse service for the health and safety of all those present in our salon.
  • We may request you to pre-pay for your appointment the week before your appointment or leave a deposit depending upon the service (bank transfer/card payment over the phone). Preferably pay via contactless card payment in the salon, (cash only as a last resort, and please make sure you have the correct amount with you).
  • If you feel unwell or any one of your family has been unwell with coronavirus symptoms, dry persistent cough, temperature, or lack of taste/ smell we would ask that you contact us immediately and don’t visit the salon, please.
  • If you have returned from holiday from a resort that you must self isolate for 10 days we ask that you call the salon and reschedule your appointment.

Situated in the heart of Armley, Salon L Sixty Five specialises in the latest colour techniques and cuts designed to maintain their shape long after you have left the salon.

Located at the top of Hill Top Road, owner Leanne and her team of stylists offer a warm friendly service, tailoring every treatment through consultation to match your face shape, skin tone and personal style. On the menu, you'll find a variety of precision cuts for every budget alongside multi-tonal highlights, glossy block tints and high fashion root stretches and icy silver toning. Family friendly, there are cuts for kids too.

Best reached by car, there's free parking for clients right outside the salon.

We take card and cash payment methods in salon as well as online.

Please note

Patch test - A patch test will be required for some services 48 hours in advance of the appointment. If you are a new client or if you have not had a patch test within the past 6 months, please pay close attention to any colouring or tinting services.

Cancellations - I do request a deposit of £30 for any services which cost £60 and over. If an appointment is cancelled with 48 hours notice then the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellation with 24 hours notice 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Any cancellations made on the day of the appointment, the full deposit will be retained by the business.

Lost property - We do get quite a few items that have been left behind, unfortunately we cannot hold these items indefinitely and so after four weeks if an item has not been claimed it will be donated to charity
