Step through the door of The Spa at Pennyhill Park Hotel, and you're already on the the way to restoring body and soul... discover a place to make your own, for an hour, a day or as long as you wish! At Pennyhill Park Spa we believe a spa experience should be a carefully crafted journey – unique, indulgent and prescriptive. Our seasonal and lifestyle inspired spa menu acknowledges the ebb and flow of changing seasons, the transition of life, the different aspects of your environment. With a highly edited treatment selection we have combined the unique synergy of plant science with luxurious botanical oils and indulgent aromas and textures to deliver treatments that are just as ‘feel-good’ as they are effective. Envelope yourself in the tranquillity, surrender to the beauty of your spectacular surrounding and allow your body and mind the time and space to unwind and float free. With autumns arrival the days get shorter and nights longer, the air cooler and drier and our bodies metabolism slows down. Our autumn/winter spa menu reflects this transition into colder months with a focus on protecting, nurturing and hydrating while improving your sense of wellbeing. At the first glimpse of spring we welcome the smell of blossoming flowers, longer, lighter and warmer days and a feeling of renewed vigour and energy. Our Summer Solstice spa menu reflects this transition to warmer, more active months with a focus on rejuvenating, restoring and energising body and mind.
