Unwind as Sumanat and her team of highly trained therapists cater to all your needs, using their talent and expertise to give you an enriching, revitalising full body experience.

Current Extra Precautions:

In order to observe social distancing requirements we will be allowing extra time in between appointments. This will alleviate people gathering in the reception area. We ask that customers arrive on time for their appointments and leave promptly following their treatment.

1. Every customer and member of staff will be nano-sprayed with disinfectant at their point of entry into the salon.

2. Every customer and member of staff will have their temperature checked using an infrared thermometer at their point of entry into the salon.

3. Every customer and member of staff shall be asked to remove their shoes at the point of entry into the salon. We will supply shop shoes to be worn inside of the salon.

4. On entry into the salon every customer and member of staff shall be required to wash their hands thoroughly or use the antibacterial gels which we will supply.

5. Once inside the treatment rooms, clients are requested to remove their clothes (except for their underwear). We provide hooks on which to hang all of your belongings. Then customers should lay face down on the couches.

6. Once on the couches, customers will be sprayed from head to foot with skin cleanser. A hot towel will be used to clean the customer’s body, prior to the commencement of their tailored massage techniques.

7. All members of staff are required to wear face masks and face shields throughout all treatments carried out.

8. When clients turn over to treat the front of their bodies/head massage, a disposable mask will be placed over their ears and covering their mouths.

9. We will supply both hand soaps and antibacterial gels in all of our treatment rooms and our WC.

10. All of our coaches are covered with PVC protectors and are cleaned with disinfectant after every customer.

11. We change our bed sheets after every customer. We wash all of our towels, sheets, etc. at high temperatures and tumble dry them to kill any bacteria.

12. At the end of each treatment, towels and bed sheets are placed into the baskets provided.

13. At close of business every evening, the entire salon will be sterilised using a UVC machine for 30 minutes. This kills all viruses, bacteria and germs.

Note: While the UVC machine is in operation, NO person/persons shall be permitted inside of the premises.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Nestled inside The Telegraph Hill Centre, in a quiet corner, sits the Parlour Room where Louisa at Four Element Therapies offers client focused massage, remedial and holistic therapy with general advice on health and wellness.

A member of the Complementary and Natural Therapies Council, Federation of Holistic Therapists and Massage Therapy Institute, Louisa has qualifications covering holistic massage, anatomy and pathology, pregnancy massage, sports massage, oncology massage and soft tissue dysfunction from the London School of Massage, Bodyology School of Massage and Susan Findlay at the NLSSM.

This impressive list of qualifications is reflected in Louisa's selection of treatments which ranges from sumptuous relaxing techniques to more focused treatments with rocking, stretching and movement therapy to relieve tension and stress from both the body and mind.

Every treatment comes with a free, personalised consultation to help address any concerns and find the right technique for you.

The Telegraph Hill Centre is a wonderful local community centre providing many activities for all ages including a range of talking and physical therapies.

Unfortunately at the moment, due to covid-19 restrictions we have had to go for a more minimalistic set up and remove the plants and rugs from the room. Thankful this doesn't affect the actual massage!

I care a lot about your safety and I comply will all of the government and GCMT advice regarding PPE. I will be wearing a mask, apron and visor for your treatment plus gloves. This seems a bit weird at first but you will get used to it in no time. I have a registered QR code from the Test and Trace app which you are most welcome to scan when you get here.

I also have a very through cleaning routine but please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding this or PPE.

To get here, from Kitto Rd, walk up the steps beside the Hill Cafe towards the nursery and keep heading left. You should see a sign towards the Telegraph Hill Centre.

From Pepys Rd, walk into the church yard and you should see the centre straight ahead.

Please call when you arrive for your appointment as there is no longer a waiting room due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please arrive as close to your massage time as possible.

Situated off Lordship Lane in East Dulwich, Thai-Vedic Massage is a massage and therapy centre delivering expert relaxation in a unique and inspired setting. Blending traditional techniques with a modern approach to service, this centre has proven to be a hidden gem in the south London area.

Their unassuming, homely exterior belies a world of eastern tranquillity behind its doors. The smell of aromatherapy oils and exotic scents greets you as you enter, along with a complimentary refreshment to sooth your mind and body. Surrounded by their Indian inspired decor, you are transported to a realm of transcendent bliss, allowing you to enjoy your experience in a comfortable environment. Giving you control over the music played during your treatment you create a space that is solely yours, giving you the freedom to unwind as Thai-Vedic Massage brings you to a place of calm serenity.

N.B. If you develop a cold, kindly reschedule your massage if you will still be in the contagious period (2-3 days after it began) on the date of your appointment..

I will be taking the following Covid 19 precautions to ensure your safety:

HAND SANITISER: I will provide Neal’s Yard Natural Defence Spray (70% alcohol, fragranced with organic tea tree and lemongrass) on arrival.

FACE MASKS: I will wear a visor throughout your appointment and ask that you put on your own face mask before entering the building. If you arrive without a face mask I can provide one. When lying face down you can remove your mask, however I will ask you to wear your face mask when lying face up.

VENTILATION: I will keep the window open for natural circulation of air. I will keep the electric blanket on to keep you warm. In colder weather I will leave the massage room door open, adding a door curtain for privacy and a fan outside the door to circulate the air.

REDUCED TREATMENT TIMES: For the time being I will only be offering 1 hour appointments, the majority of which will be performed with you lying face down. I will see a maximum of 4 clients a day Monday to Saturday

NO MASSAGE IN THE HIGH RISK AREA: Government guidelines recommend no facial treatments, Indian Head massage or work on the head neck or shoulders when lying face up, as this would require prolongued face-to-face contact. So I will only massage your head, neck and shoulders when you are lying face down

HEIGHTENED HYGIENE: I will: disinfect the massage table, all surfaces and door handles between clients; and employ a regular cleaner to deep clean all public areas

BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS: For your safety, please bring your own water or other refreshments

FEELING UNWELL? Please reschedule your appointment, even if it’s last minute! I would also advise any clients who have been shielding to avoid booking a massage for the time being

ONLINE BOOKINGS ONLY: To minimise transmission please book & pay online in advance. Or call me to discuss your appointment.
