Dulwich Pulse Bootcamp is designed and instructed by top personal trainer, Jennifer Mbazira. The bootcamp is a combination of: Cardio, Strength training, Plyometric exercises, Body weight exercises, High Intesnsity Interval Training, and Stretching. The training is methodological, results focused and intensive; however we build you up from your current level of fitness to ultimate fitness. With more than 20 years of training experience, Jennifer is results-focused with a great track record of transformed physiques. Motiv8tional Fitness and Pilates was started in 2010 when Jenny decided to leave her job in the city and pursue a career in what is her passion - health and fitness. Jenny is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and STOTT Pilates Instructor with a wealth of experience helping clients to achieve their weight loss, fitness and rehabilitation goals. Specialising in pre and post natal exercise, Jenny can help you to maintain fitness and prepare for the birth as best you can and also get you back to your pre baby shape afterwards. Originally a gymnast and equestrian eventer, Jenny believes that the key to total body fitness includes cardiovascular, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, body composition and skill training. Her total fitness approach will help improve your fitness for functionality as well as aesthetics. In addition to her love of health and fitness, Jenny also takes a keen interest in nutrition. She uses her experience in all of these fields to develop a package that is tailor made to each individual.

Combining spirituality and fitness, the unique service offers clients a number of ways to improve their well being and daily life – be it through TRX training or a midweek in-office massage. Both elements are extremely helpful for emptying the mind, bringing clients into the present and helping them achieve higher peace and inner strength.
