    Our vast warehouse space is home to a bespoke and fully equipped gym dedicated to Personal Training. This enables you to train effectively with your trainer, free from the crowds and without any sign up or membership fees. Our Southsea Studio also offers an extensive timetable of bespoke classes available on a pay as yiou train or small bundle basis. There are no sign up, joining or membership fees!We're sure you'll find inspiration and your newest obsession! We house a spacious and comfortable therapy room with both a Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist available for a wide range of treatments. We are proud to be ofiicial partners of This Girl Can. We organise and collaberate on a wide range of local and national events. These include sending large teams to the forthcoming Run or Dye and Bear Grylls Survival Race. We are the organisers of Southsea Fitness Festival.
