Lauren Bennett comes from a background studying rehabilitation, Sport Science, 15 years competing in sports and 10 years studying and working within the fitness and health industry. I take great care in developing training programmes, which will not only result in better physique, but also a well balanced physique too. Personal Training sessions vary from person to person day to day. No one person is the same, therefore neither are Lauren’s workout programmes. Lauren will create a training plan designed specifically to your needs and your goals. Sessions are intended to be enjoyable as well as being planned and targeted, ensuring you sweat sufficiently and perform to the best of your ability but still leave feeling good. Lauren employs a highly individual approach because she doesn’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ solution to personal fitness. Getting to know each individual’s motivation, lifestyle, stresses and work demands allows for a completely personalised training program and nutrition plan. The studio itself is very close to 4 tube stations and offers the client the privacy and individual attention commercial gyms cannot offer. My clients tend to be goal centred individuals who choose to have the direction they wished to go mapped out. I offer a variety of packages in addition to my 'pay as you' session rate and am also available to consult on any nutritional support you may require to reach your fitness or health goal. Out with exercise nutrition is my biggest passion, which is reflected in me studying Nutrtional Therapy for the past 4 years. These two areas so often are needed to achieve optimal results.
