It's difficult knowing if a massage from a new place is going to be good or not. You hope the reviews are right but it's a matter of personal preference. I took a gamble and it really paid off. It was a fantastic massage. My back has been tight and painful is now feeling flexible and relaxed. It was a very relaxing experience and I promised I'd be back. One thing I would say is that the menthol lotion was freezing after a while although I think that was the type of treatment I picked. One for me to learn from - personal preference there. I'll definitely return here and I highly recommend Zensational for anyone looking for a pleasant, thorough and effective massage.

Hard to imagine saying you thoroughly enjoyed your waxing experience but Esther made me feel so comfortable. I laughed from the minute I got in which made me feel at ease and i was so distracted I didn’t realise I was done. Thank you, I’ll be back again.

Lady who did my wax was great, I hate getting waxed but she was really good and it didn’t hurt too much!
I have had Lycon wax before many times. The wax here was advertised as Lycon but it seemed very different to usual?
Staff member was extremely lovely, and made the whole experience more relaxing.
