Tone & Tan is Lochgelly’s longest serving salon offering a wide range of services including beauty treatments, toning tables, spray tanning and tanning cabin. We are one of the very few places in Fife that still offer toning tables, an alternative method to health and fitness.

Cheryl is a fully trained, insured therapist and continues to develop her skills further in order to bring her clientele a wider range to choose from. She focuses mainly on massaging treatments such as some classics like; Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Indian Head to name but a few. All the aforementioned are available in different time frames to suit varying schedules and needs. Cheryl has recently been expanding her skill set and growing her range of treatments to include spray tanning and eyelash extensions.
