I actually visited the salon twice as I wasn't happy with the all over colour that was applied first time around. The stylist was really nice about it and talked through what could be done to tone down the warmth of the colour we had chosen first time around. I felt really awful for saying I wasnt happy but the stylist still made me feel welcome and at ease. I will definitely return here.
