I had booked in for Hollywood - sugaring but lady used hot wax and said it was the same and less painful. The wax machine looked dirty and half way through the appointment, I noticed she was re-dipping the stick into the wax which is unhygienic. Also when she gave me cotton pad with oil to finish, I had noticed I had bled a bit. Quite worrying really! I hope that I haven’t contracted anything! Plus was left quite patchy and had to finish myself at home. Will definitely not be going back!!!

I booked for a wax and ended up with a thread. No check in about shape or preference. I felt uncomfortable to ask for more hairs to be taken off. I asked to add a tint and was charged an extra £10 when I presumed I was paying only paying for extra £5. Completely dissatisfied with the experience. I will not be returning.
