Person requested had left. No notification of this and it had been before I booked. Toilets are from the dark ages still and need some real Tlc, not just making it darker to hide things! Massage was not good. Seemed new and not really feeling what was needed, just going through the trained process. Muscle knots are to be massaged out, not just forced out with elbows!

Went for a calming facial and it was fab. The room was clean, calming music helped to relax and Alex was not only very professional but very friendly and easy to get on with as well! Will visit again :)
