Some ratings have to be based on pre covid times such as Circuit training and classes which are currently on hold - these were excellent for training the whole body. As for the gym If you want muscle, cardio, flexibility, better balance.. this gym has it all. The vibro plates used tone the muscle and improve flexibility and balance. They also helped me with joint and muscle pain after i suffered Achilles tendinitis. Recently Plants have been added to improve air quality.

Great massage. I have suffered with terrible knots and Alexandra De really helped ease the tension in my shoulders and back. She also showed me some useful stretches to try at home.
