I book my treatment on Treatwell buy when I arrived at the shop I was told that I should have called to book, that the business is not on Treatwell any more, that the cost of the massage is now higher and that they were no able to give me the treatment as they had another appointment to the same time. I found the member of staff rude. Zero knowledge of costumer service skills. I definitely won’t go there any more.
I arrived for my appointment and was told the therapist was not working that day and I was refused a refund

Treatwell should have removed this place from its listings. I booked online, and called to confirm but no one picked up the phone. I then travelled to the place only to be told "the times on Treatwell are indicative only and you should have called to confirm". But I did! When she found an unanswered phone call she said she would have returned the call within one hour. To confirm or cancel an appointment which should have happened already? Horrible place.
This was purchased as part of a groupin offer. Full body massage, steam therapy and facial. Everything about this experience was dreadful. As you walk in there are parts of the plaster missing off of the wall covered up by Christmas decorations, muck and dust on all the surfaces and floor. As you go in to the therapy room I would expect a clean, calm and relaxing but professional set up. This is the opposite of that. It commenced with being asked to put on paper pants which were too tight and incredibly uncomfortable being asked to strip and then sit in a fold up garden chair to have the head massage which was essentially being run agressively and scratched until your head was sore. It was then time to climb onto the wooden bed that reminded me of a medival operating table. I was then rub with oil that smelt like cooking oil. No massage at all. Just rubbed as though she was washing a car. Someone then knocked on the door to which it was answered and a conversation was had while I was just laid there. Next was time for the facial. Basically this was a having your fave washed, neck strangled and then scrubbed with a flannel. Then it was time to sit in a small tent in the corner of the room which was ripped and sit there while the woman sat on a stool leant her against the wall and closed her eyes and had a snooze. I have come out feeling sore and dirty. I will never be going back and would urge anyone to stay away from this place if you value your hard earnt money!!! How anyone can have enjoyed an experience here is beyond me the only truthful review I've ready is the one below mine. I will say one thing the women were polite and nice.

When booking this I had in mind a nice relaxing massage and pamper day for myself and my boyfriend, as a treat for his birthday. Vedic age however was the total opposite we arrived, then both had to have a consolation with a "doctor" who asked us loads of questions, we felt like we were going in for something very serious rather than a relaxing massage. Then when we finally got our massages in separate rooms so we weren't even together, both masseuses were very awkward and odd, and did not make you feel at ease at all. The massage had no pressure, it felt like they had poured half a bottle of funny smelling oil on us and then wiped it in our skin, and was not allowed a shower afterwards to wash it all off as it wasn't in the package. I had to ask for her to do my feet which you could see she was unhappy about and even had the cheek to try and wipe my feet with tissues, if my feet had been dirty I would not have had a problem but they were very clean. Then the experience of the "steam"..... as you can imagine we had in mind a room that we could both sit in with lots of steam, but sadly this was not meant to be, what we had was to sit on a chair with all I can describe as a small tent zipped up to my neck with my head poking out the top with some steam coming from the bottom of the tent. Then to add to the "relaxing" atmosphere I had the pleasure of the masseuse standing and staring over me, making me feel like I needed to make small talk to reduce to awkwardness. I have been for many spa and massage breaks and this was the worst by far.
