She was probably new, made tones of mistakes and my nails looked like they needed a manicure right after I did, won't come back again

I actually sent my husband to a simple manicure, got back with a still bleeding nail. Should have been a 20 minute thing and he came back after an hour

Disappointing, don’t recommend. I had to show my Treatwell confirmation 3 times for them to finally agree that I had prepaid. The final time, one of the staff asked if she could go into my handbag to look at the confirmation on my phone, whilst my nails were drying. I found this quite strange and rude, she wasn’t willing to wait another 10 mins until my nails dried. There was no cleaning between clients and the finish on my nails isn’t very neat at all. Don’t recommend I’m afraid!
