Tylney Hall Hotel part of Elite Hotels

Tylney Hall truly is the ideal retreat for a relaxing pamper break. Set around a charming courtyard, complete with fountain, the Health Suite has everything needed for a relaxing break. Our Beauty Salon offers a wide range of treatments, individually tailored to your own needs and our professional, knowledgeable and helpful therapists are on hand to offer any advice you may need.

Tylney Hall is a Grade II listed mansion with beautiful gardens of significant historic interest. The current house dates from 1898 and served as a hospital during the First World War, later becoming a private school. Today, it’s one of England’s most comfortable and characterful country house hotels.

For summer days, the outdoor pool, tennis courts and croquet lawn compete for your attention. In winter the gym and indoor pool, which features a whirlpool, offer a more comfortable workout. There is an 18-hole golf course adjacent to the hotel. Horse riding, archery and clay pigeon shooting can easily be arranged. A sauna, game of snooker or simply a stroll around the beautiful gardens and wooded trails can be yet another way to relax at Tylney Hall. Set in 66 acres of parkland and gardens, we will be delighted to accommodate a wide variety of leisure activities.

My fiancée & I loved our weekend here. It's a beautiful place and the staff were so helpful & very accommodating to any requests. Great food and a great atmosphere made for a special anniversary weekend. Would definitely visit again.

Having been to Tylney Hall Hotel earlier this year, I felt this visit was slightly better.
The hotel and grounds are stunning, it is a perfect location for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

The bedroom was comfortable, clean and well furnished; although when we first checked in the room was very stuffy with condensation dripping down the window.
The breakfast system seemed much quicker and more efficient on this visit. The staff seemed slightly responsive than last time too.

Wasn't expecting the level of service provided. The dinner wasn't all that special, but otherwise a fantastic stay in a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds.

Such a beautiful hotel.
Our stay was so lovely, check in was quick, the room was lovely and we had been left a little box of chocolates, there was a nespresso machine in the room, first time I have used one, lots of fun and the coffee tasted delicious.
We went Thursday/Friday, the spa was quiet and so was the outside pool, was lovely to relax by on the Friday.
The 3 course meal was amazing (although it was more like a 6 course meal, with canapés to start and pallet cleanser).
We also had a turn down service which I was not expecting, all the little details just made it so much better.
Would definitely recommend this hotel it's just beautiful :)

Tylney Hall is a lovely place to stay and the grounds are amazing, however, if you are looking for a spa break you may be disappointed. The sauna is tiny and can only fit 2-3 people in comfortably which at peak time is a problem, especially as there is no steam room as an alternative. The swimming pools are fine but overcrowded as used by hotel guests as well as spa guests. All good feedback for the treatments our group had.

This hotel was a perfect retreat for a romantic luxury spa break. The room was lovely, as were the treatments and the food. The outside swimming pool was perfect. We will remember our stay very fondly.

The staff in the lounge were so bad it was almost funny. We asked two people to bring menus, neither did so we moved inside where we continued to be ignored. Once our drinks were made they sat on the bar whilst about 5 waiters moved around them seemingly doing nothing. I actually went up to the bar at one point to ask if I could carry them to the table myself.
Another 3 couples came in after us and had the same treatment (was nice to know it wasn't just us!)
