It has great facilities, friendly stuff. I think weekends are best as then one can enjoy all facilities.
I spent weekend away in that area and had a great time. It is nice to have such a spacious gym as compared to some little gyms that get extremely overcorwded. Would recommended it and would have an yearly membership there.
