Came in for booked appointment, was quickly directed to select colour and tale a seat. Facilities and utensils all very clean. Technician helped me choose a colour-one I wouldn't have chosen alone but love! She was friendly and chatty throughout and gave me relevant information about maintaining and removing the shellac. Absolutely would go again.
