I booked an appointment for roots colouring for a Saturday morning. Anna, the hairdresser, put on the color we chose together, then she djsappeared. After 45 minutes I had to tell the other girls in the salon, that I thought it was time to wash it off. One of them did, but I believe she wasn't a trained hairdresser, as she did not wash my hair properly around the neck. Then another girl started to dry my hair, but after 3 minutes I had to stop her, as she wasn't a trained hairdresser either - I asked her, because I could tell. At this point I asked for a trained hairdresser and a compensation. Suddenly Anna appeared, dried my hair and told me to write an email to the manager about the compensation. Did not apologize once. I think I am lucky, that at least the colour is ok, as based on these events, it could have been the receptionist colouring my hair. Don't recommend at all.

Very quiet and was unsure about the quality of the massage to come but did the job and felt much more relaxed afterwards

Ana was very friendly and knew a lot about waxing. Her use of hot wax made the process almost painless and she was quick, but also thorough and picked the stubborn hairs out carefully with tweezers. Would definitely recommend her and go back there over anywhere else on Northfields.
